An super scary scene her at this Sun city location where this drive thru ceiling came crashing down. Gladly no one was hurt but we had to come in and clean it up in 118 degree heat. 2 day and 10000 lbs of debris.

After digging out the trenches to run tje seeer line we found cement asbestos and we had to replace all the sewer line under the house. A set back we didn't expect an a added cost to the budget. not a happy camper. Our process is now on hold until we get this done.

I took on this project after 2 contractors walked

I took on this project after 2 contractors walked out with out an explanation. I challenged myself to do a project this big. This project is an addition just under 1000 sqft. adding a full master bath and master bed suite, extending the living room into a great room. Follow the progress as we go thru inspections.
